Enabling compatibility mode in Internet Explorer


In order for our Software to work correctly in Internet Explorer, follow the steps below to enable compatibility mode.

Step 1

Open up Internet Explorer
(if you are using Microsoft Edge, switch to Internet Explorer)

Next, hit ALT on your keyboard to bring up the menu.

- OR -
Select the "gear" symbol in the top right corner of your browser.

Step 2

Under tools or the "gear", select "Compatibility View Settings"

Step 3

In the Pop Up window, select "Add" to the "Add this website:" field.

Then select "Close".
